I would give them a 4.5 ⭐ rating if I could. I'll list the pros and cons as per my experince during my visit and my build specs at the end.And I highly recommend you to do your own research before buying from anywhere! Anyways..❌CONS1. If they swey you from your first choice / decesion regarding a part you wanted to get and you decide on taking the same part made by a different company, check the price of that part on their website and ask if the price gonna be higher or lower. Sometimes their prices in their physical store / showroom can be different from what's mentioned on their website. But they don't tell you this upfront.But you should be getting a discount on mostly all parts compared to their website price..✅PROS1. They are very well behaved and patinet with us. Didn't hurry anything or didn't rush us to make decetions ( even tho I had done my research and had mostly everything planned beforehand ).2. They are not gonna scam you with out of warranty parts like some other shady businesses do.3. Their technician assambled the computer very well with very good cable management.Finally my build -AMD Ryzen 9 7900x, GIGABYTE 4070 Super Gaming OC, GIGABYTE X870 Aorus Elite Wifi7, Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 64GB CL36 6000MT RAM, MSI A750GL PSU, MSI MAG CORE LIQUID M360 AIO, Crucial T500 1TB NVMe, CyberPower UT1500E UPS, Clarion JM-AQUA Cabinet.

Ordered XPG gammix SX8200 pro nvme ssd from them. Payed using UPI, received confirmation on email, within hours they shipped it, again confirmation on email and also on my WhatsApp. Picked up call very humbly as I wanted to ask number of estimated days for delivery. Very polite customer service. Got ssd within 2 days, installed, works as expected, cheapest price for this ssd I got here as compared to vedantcomputers, mdcomputers or primeABGB. Heck they even have me free mousepad which I requested (I didn't expect that they'll actually provide that). In a world where even Zomato denies food cooking instructions these guys fulfill customers request.All in all go and buy anything you want from here. Excellent service 👏🏻

Product was good, authentic product, and price was good and packing was good too. I am delighted by same. Only problem was with delivery by DTDC courier they hold the product for 1.5 days even after reaching the my local sub area. I recommend Clarion Computers Pvt. Ltd. for good authentic products, gaming or otherwise. I requested them to arrange other two products for me as those were appearing out of stock on their website from many many weeks. Thank you Clarion Computers for the quick processing of my order.Firstly, the rev 2.0 version of Gigabyte M27Q was rarely available on any E-commerce platforms I visited. So, it saved me a lot of time trying to find it elsewhere.Also, the price at which Clarion Computers offered the monitor is the best I found among many E-commerce platforms, even compared to the rev 1.0 version of this monitor. The owner Vikas ji(Mr Vikas Aggarwal) is a super nice guy.. my experience with clarion is more than 5 stars.. Recently bought a Gigabyte Z790 aero g motherboard at very competitive price(way less than the competitors) and a intel i7 12700k .. primarily bought gigabyte b760m gaming ac but later changed my mind to upgrade the mobo. In this case, i contacted with clarion computers and they were super helpful to replace the product. Which i doubt any other pc shop would do.. overall very nice experience with best price in kolkata.

Clarion computers was suggested by a longtime friend of mine who is a pro pc builder and a longtime pc gamer himself. I am very glad to have recieved this suggestion, the entire experience from ordering to receiving the shipment was very easy and completely hasslefree. Mr Vikas, the owner, is a very nice and helpful person and very generous and patient with their time ;always just a message or phonecall away to clear any doubts or give suggestions or even discuss any tech related stuff. I ordered several big items but they were still shipped immediately on the same day and recieved in perfect packaging. Site item selection and stock availability is great as well. Very nice shop and Good stuffs ....But they need a backup pc mechanic ..(builder) when i visited to shop i had to wait almost 5 hour to get my pc assembled and ready because only two person were available there .. otherwise awesome products at reasonable price point...but i would say list price...(no negotiation) cheaper than other shopsand chironjeet da is awesome in his workGood cable management 🥲And i also saw him assembling an 240mm aio within 15 minutes...just awesome

I have purchased components two times from here before this one. Ponits to be mentioned:1. Price is the least w.r.t. any popular store (not only in West Bengal but also in India)🎉🎉🎉2. The staffs are very helpful, professional and well-behaved. They can definitely guide you as per your budget. I had my own quotation but they again checked the compatibility before completing the order.3. Though this time I went to their shop, but I bought components online at the time of COVID-19 first wave. They were first in that pandemic situation also. And the packaging... 🙏🙏🙏. It took almost 15-20 mins to get rid of all the bubble wrappers then.4. I want to add one 32Gb DDR5 (details mentioned above) instead of 2x16Gb for my future plan of upgrading. 32Gb single RAM was not available due to less demand. They told me it would take 3 days to come. But believe me, it came within two days😍.5. They have professional experts for assembling the components. So no need to worry about that.
